OUR CLASSIC COURSES ARE HIGHLY CUSTOMIZED AND LIMITED TO
GROUPS OF 3-4 PEOPLE.
For larger groups, special courses can be organized to accommodate a greater number of participants.
Upon request, we can schedule the lesson and visit to the local market, according to your availability.




INTERMEDIATE COURSE - 2 DAYS

The intermediate course is divided into two lessons, held over 2 consecutive days. The first lesson is appetizers and main courses including explanation and tasting of the complementary wine (white).
The second lesson focuses on main courses, side dishes and desserts, including explanation and tasting of the complementary wines (red and dessert wine).










ADVANCED COURSE - 4 DAYS

The advanced course is four different lessons, held on 4 consecutive days, in order to gain a deeper knowledge about each dish.
Lesson 1: Preparation of appetizers including explanation and tasting of the complementary wine (sparkling white wines).
Lesson 2: Preparation of first courses including explanation and tasting of the complementary wines.
Lesson 3: Preparation of main courses and side dishes including explanation and tasting of complementary wines.
Lesson 4: Preparation of desserts including explanation and tasting of complementary wines.
FAST COURSE - 1 DAY

The fast course is ideal for those who want to learn in one day, the basics to begin giving a Florentine touch to their dishes.
The lesson includes the preparation of a typical Tuscan menu: appetizer, first course, main course, vegetables and dessert. The lesson ends with tasting the dishes, paired with great wines.










COMPLETE COURSE - 3 DAYS

The complete course is divided into three lessons, held over 3 consecutive days.
Lesson 1: Appetizers and main courses including explanation and tasting of the complementary wine (white).
Lesson 2: Main courses and side dishes Including explanation and tasting of the complementary wine (red).
Lesson 3: Desserts, including explanation and tasting of the complementary wine (white).
