Cucina con Vista was created as a result of Elena Mattei ‘s experience managing her restaurant "La Baraonda" in Florence, since 1987. Just a few years after starting the business, she began to find that clients were not only interested in tasting the dishes that she offered at her restaurant every evening, but also in experimenting the art of Tuscan cookery at home. Taking her clients’ requests to heart, she opened the cooking school, Cucina con Vista. It has now expanded to reach cookery lovers from all over the world. Elena's idea is not only to teach Tuscan cuisine but also to give her participants the chance to experience the “Tuscan” way of living by integrating cooking lessons with activities linked to the local life and culture.” Refer to the "Cooking Packages" section.
