FAST
COURSE (1-day)
The Fast Course is ideal for those who want to have, in a single
class, the basis to be able to begin to give a touch of great Tuscan
cookery to their own dishes from appetizers to dessert and tasting
of great wines.
INTERMEDIATE COURSE (2-days)
The Intermediate Course is developed in two classes in two different
days:
First Class: appetizers and first courses. Explanation of complementary
wine (white).
Second Class: second courses, side dishes and dessert. Explanation
of complementary wines ( red and dessert wine)
COMPLETE COURSE (3-days)
The Complete Course is divided into three classes in three different
days:
First Class: appetizers and first courses. Explanation and
tasting of complementary wine (white).
Second Class: second courses and side dishes. Explanation and
tasting of complementary wines (red)
Third Class: desserts. Explanation of complementary wine
(white).
ADVANCED COURSE (4-day)
The Advanced Course is divided into four classes in four
different days:
First Class: appetizers. Explanation and tasting of complementary
wine (sparkling white wine).
Second Class: first courses. Talk and tasting of complementary
wine
Third Class: second courses and side dishes. Explanation
and tasting of complementary wines
Fourth Class: desserts. Explanation of complementary wine (white).
COMBINATION COURSE
This course is ideal for those who want to acquire a deeper knowledge
of the great Italian wines and particulary the great Tuscan wines.
The course is divided into three lessons: two cooking lessons and
one lesson on wines held by a professional Sommelier
